Businesscapitalaid Walk-In Tubs wants every person who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Businesscapitalaid Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review it, which may include contacting the provider. After that we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
